it was my first experience at shack i really loved it staff so friendly they have welcomed me. talked me through their menu and recommendation great call i will definately come back , food also was mouth watering.

I ordered a ‘shroom BURGER and assumed it was a burger since SShack is a burger place. I was a deep fried mushroom @burger”. Awful!! Won’t be back!! Five Guys next time.

Taste is great, I just hoped there was more choices in their menu. I love their milkshake and it was a perfect snack for a humid day during my vacation in Macau. I even bought some souvenirs from their shop, I'm not sure if other countries has it or if it's exclusive in Macau.

Not really very good.Expensive for a burger and fries.
Crinkle cut fries are not the most healthy option but I suppose neither is a burger.
Homemade lemon drink wad too sweet so another unhealthy choice.
McDonalds would have been better.
Staff were friendly.
Will not be returning.

Ok , so I ordered a burger fries and a Diet Coke . First of all I think it’s quite slimey adding vat after ! The price should be what you pay any costs should be included , it’s not that hard to do .
The fries were nice but cold and stuck together in a lump due to being sat for ages I guess
The burger was ok but also cold .
The Diet Coke was in a tiny cup not much bigger than a can and cost £3.90 the whole thing cost nearly £20 I think McDonald’s is a better value for money

Got milkshakes with no straws, ordered 2 cans of coke and was given Pepsi. Driver didn’t care and was very unhelpful! Won’t ever order from here again

Came on a busy Friday
Queue wasn’t too bad but waited for about 15 minutes to collect the order
The shroom burger is very nice and good for a veggie option

The fries however were very dry and I couldn’t finish them. They didn’t have any vinegar. I did ask but this is not something they provide

Food quality was so poor but worst of all is the churros milk shake-be careful all; everyone I know who tried it got sick and was vomiting incl. my young kids

Lots of issues with my order. Food was amazing and so was the shake, but poor communication and had the person picking up my order wait for a substantial amount of time.

I went to Shake shack in Boulder Colorado and the burgers were so tiny almost a slider size and also dry…really disappointing! Won’t go back ! The employees were nice though!🤷‍♀️

Much too noisy. Food overpriced. Had a $4:00 hotdog and they didn't have any chilly to put on it. It was naked and the flimsy bun fell apart.

I would give zero stars if i could...First time and WILL NEVER GO BACK... the only thing that was convenient was the kiosk and maybe someone pulling off so I got a pretty good parking spot..So let's get to it...I ordered a double stack fries and a LG Yuzu 50/50...I dont know where to begin so here I go...The double stack was completely lifeless meaning absolutely no flavor but it was full of grease so I guess that was the flavor then I asked for stack sauce on the side as well as on the sandwich nope and they only gave me a squirt of the sauce so that was messed up so let's get to the fries...are those Orieda fries 🤔 with no salt or nothing just fries...wow I spent almost $20 to be completely disappointed..someone said they were in comparison to 5 Guys and the lie detector says thts a lie I don't care for 5 guys but I would eat there everyday before I go back there....

The name of the store is Shake Shack. You have a big sign in front of the entrance offering three different Holiday Shakes. We went in and was told you were not making Shakes that day. What?! Is this a joke?! No one available to take an order. Had to use the Kiosk. Shakes were not on the Menu. We turned around and left. How embarrassed you must be. You should just call it “Shack.” I will never be back to any location,

Victoroa London restaurant...stay well away. Incredibly poor value for money. Burgers were paper thin and VERY over priced. Never again..

We have been going to shake shack Brent Cross for over a year and always been happy. Very nice staff and open space. Manager is always available and helpful and. Last night we were given two vouchers to have free burgers next time just to be a loyal customer. Nice gesture.
