I usually expect a decent burger, but this visit was a letdown. The fries were cold, and the burger was really bland. How hard is it to serve hot fries and a burger with some flavor? it just didn’t feel worth the money this time.

"Decent Meal Overall"
I grabbed food from here the other day and overall it was normal. The food itself was fine, nothing amazing but definitely not bad, and the order was correct. I did spend a bit of time checking the app and wondering if it was still coming though, because it ended up taking longer than the estimate said

Shake Shack is tasty most of the time, and ordering through Shake Shack is actually really easy and straightforward.
My main issue is the price. Once you add a burger, fries, and a drink, it gets expensive fast, and the portions don’t always feel like they match what you’re paying. For the same amount, I can usually get more food somewhere else.
It’s not bad at all, just not something I’d order all the time. For me, it’s actually more like a 3-star spot when it comes to value.

"Nice little place, honestly"
I stopped in when it was getting a bit busy, so I figured I might be waiting a while. I was still deciding on what I wanted and probably took longer than I should have, but the staff didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Even with the line picking up, they were really friendly, patient, and still kept things moving quickly. I’d definitely go back.

"Good burger but kinda pricey"
The burger was really juicy and tasted fresh. The bun held up well too. I just wish it had a bit more sauce for the price.
